Accumulated divestments

- Contributions to equity in Autopistas de Tapachula, S. A. P. I. de C. V. (toll-free section of federal jurisdiction Tapachula-Talismán with branch to Ciudad Hidalgo). These shares were sold in October 2020
- Credit granted to Autopistas de Vanguardia, S. A. de C. V. (Toluca- Naucalpan highway). In August 2020, the Trust assigned the loan.
- Contributions to equity of Concesionaria de Autopistas de Michoacán, S. A. de C. V. (Morelia and Uruapan bypasses and the Pátzcuaro-Uruapan-Lázaro Cárdenas highway.). In July 2019 the sale of the concession was made
- Line of credit to Parden Holding, S. R. L. for the purchase and lease of a self-elevating drilling platform in shallow waters (Jackups) and the shares of Perforadora Paraíso S. A. de C. V. At the end of the 3rd quarter of 2024, a balance of zero pesos is reported.

REMARKS

On Nov. 30, 2015, the partners of Infraestructura Institucional, S. de R.L. de C.V. (former manager) and the partners of BlackRock México Infraestructura I, S. de R.L. de C.V. (BLK) agreed to merge the companies, disappearing the first one and keeping the second one. Therefore, BLK assumed all the manager's rights and obligations. Key executives are those directly provided by the manager in May 2017.
Jan. 10, 2022 Mr. Juan Alberto Leautaud Sunderland resigned from the position of key official, as of this date he is replaced by Ms. Anne Louise Valentine Andrews.
As of Apr. 03, 2024, it was announced that with effect from March 1, 2024, Anne Louise Valentine Andrews ceased to provide services to the Administrator and, consequently, as of said date, she ceased to be a Key Official.
