DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS
Investment period
The investment period is 5 years as of Sept. 30, 2016, and it could be extended for an additional one-year period or conclude early.

Investment objective
The investment strategy includes: (i) between 10 and 15 projects in the infrastructure and energy sector; (ii) greenfield projects (expected to represent no more than 65% of the maximum issuance amount) and brownfield projects; (iii) projects with growth potential and low risk; and (iv) GBM's experience in the water, energy, and communications and transportation sectors. Investments will be made, directly or indirectly, in equity, preferred equity, assets and/or debt.
 
As of December 31, 2024 it has invested in

    • - 88.89% indirect participation in Capital Energetico Mexicano ("CEM"), company whose objective is to develop and build diverse power generation projects. CEM has a minority interest in the companies Cogeneracion Cactus (32.32%), Cogeneracion Uno (20%), Compañia de Electricidad Los Ramones (47.5%), Trigen Altamira (50%) and Tajín Energía (50%).
      - The project "Viaducto la Raza-Indios Verdes-Santa Clara" in the highways/bridges sector (it has an indirect participation in GBM Infraestructura Carretera, which has a 45% stake in Concesionaria Viaducto Indios Verdes).
Outstanding events

Mar,24,2021: Opening of simple credit for up to $ 450,000,000.00 (four hundred and fifty million Pesos 00/100) with fiduciary guarantee backed by real estate assets.
