Investment objective
Fibra Orión will seek and maintain investments in both energy projects and infrastructure in the different subsectors allowed by the applicable regulations.

    • On Oct. 29, 2021 Acquisition of the Punta Diamante Viaduct, located in the municipality of Acapulco de Juárez, in the State of Guerrero, the Project is part of the Acapulco - Veracruz transversal highway axis and serves as a connection of the Cuernavaca - Acapulco highway with the area Diamond of Acapulco.

      On June 25, 2021 Highway Acquisition in the State of Durango The asset is made up of 10 toll-free highway sections in the State of Durango.

      On Dec. 15 2023, was executed the Subscription and Sale contract of the social parties representing the share capital of Fuerza Eólica San Matías, S. de R.L. de C.V., a wind farm for generating electrical energy with a nominal capacity of 30.6 MW located in the municipality of Mexicali, Baja California.

On June 30 2023 the issuer informs that Mr. Rodulfo Figueroa Alonso concludes his participation as a member of the Orion Trust Management Team, Mr. Luis Santiago Delgado Reynoso will be the new Director of Operations. The incorporation of Mr. Diego Gibrán Martínez Díaz will be proposed so that he assumes the functions of Director of Finance.
On July 26, 07 2023 the designation of Mr. Noé Romero Ávila as proprietary member of the Technical Committee, with the character of Independent Member, is reported.
