DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS

Investment period
The investment period will be 4 years, counted from the signing of the trust agreement, with the understanding that the investment period may be extended, subject to approval by the Advisory Committee, for an additional period of one year.

Investment objective
The trust aims to establish a diversified Class "A" portfolio of industrial buildings, both geographically and across various industrial sectors. The target market will include states, logistics and industrial corridors, and significant regional areas such as: Nuevo León, Mexico City, Jalisco, Baja California, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Sonora, Querétaro, Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Tamaulipas, Sinaloa, Durango, State of Mexico, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Veracruz, among others.

      FINSA III-A Properties: made up of 3 OPA type industrial buildings located in San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco and 2 MTB type industrial buildings under construction and the expansion of one of them, located in El Salto, Jalisco
      FINSA III-B Properties: made up of 13 OPA type industrial buildings and 2 land located in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.
      FINSA III-C properties: made up of 3 BSL-type industrial buildings under construction, one of them with an expansion, located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
      FINSA III-D Properties: made up of 2 MTB-type industrial buildings located in Cuautlancingo, Puebla and Tijuana, Baja California respectively, and a BSL-type industrial building located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, which is under construction.
      FINSA III-E Properties: made up of 2 MTB-type industrial buildings located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila and Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, respectively. The MTB-type industrial building located in Santa Catarina is under construction.
      FINSA III-F Properties: made up of a) two MTB type industrial buildings and one BSL type building located in Querétaro, and b) one MTB type industrial building located in Aguascalientes.
      FINSA III-G Properties: made up of 2 MTB-type industrial buildings, one of them located in Rosarito, Baja California and another in Tijuana, B.C. It also has land for development located in Tijuana, B.C.
