Investment objective
Investment in shares representing the capital stock of the concessionaires, which are intended to build, operate, exploit and maintain certain concessioned roads.
Possibility of investing in legal entities that meet requirements in matters of Fibra-E.
 
As of December 31, 2024 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - 56.55% of the share capital of Concesionaria de Vías Troncales, whose assets are the Chamapa-La Venta highway
      - 44.06% of the share capital of CFC Concesiones, whose assets are the concession of the Libramiento Nor-Oriente de Toluca.
      - 9.33% of the share capital of ATM Concesiones, whose asset is the Tijuana-Mexicali Concession, to operate that highway.
      - 39.92% of the share capital of Arco Norte highway Concession.
Outstanding events

On August 30, 2021 the issuer informs the investing public that the administrator negotiated a modification to the initial financing, through a debt recognition agreement.
On November 09, 2021 Holders' Meeting advises of the participation mechanism in the secondary offer of CBFES.
