DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS


Investment objective
The Trust will offer one of the best alternatives in investment vehicles specialized in Transportation Infrastructure for institutional investors and private funds. The Trust may not invest in Eligible Companies dedicated to the areas of public safety or social rehabilitation.

    • - Ciudad Juárez Highway Bypass
      - San Luis Potosí - Villa Arriaga Highway, Caseta Calderón Branch and San Felipe Junction.
      - La Piedad Concession (Larga Laguna – Patti II)
      - Acapulco Tunnel Concession (Maxi Tunnel)
      - Río Verde Concession and CPS Río Verde (La Piedad border Michoacán/Jalisco, La Piedad–T.Carapan and Rinconada–La Piedad).
Outstanding events

- Oct. 16, 2023. The holder Autovías Concesionadas Mexiquenses of the Toluca-Zitácuaro Concession and Ramal to Valle de Bravo, subscribed a syndicated loan for $1,552.5 million pesos, in order to finance expansion.
