DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS

Investment objective
Investment in shares or representative capital stock of Eligible Companies, whose exclusive activity consists of (A) investing in infrastructure and energy projects implemented through concessions, service provision contracts or any other contractual scheme, provided that said concessions , contracts or schemes are concluded between the public sector and individuals, for the provision of services to the public sector or to the end user, which are in the operation stage and whose remaining validity at the time of the acquisition of the shares or social parts, is equal to or greater than the term required in accordance with the Fiscal Provisions on Fibra-E; and (B) carry out any other exclusive activity provided for by the Tax Provisions Regarding Fibra-E.

REMARKS

Sept. 9, 2024. Mexico Infrastructure Partners F1, S.A.P.I. de C.V., in its capacity as Administrator, informs that, in relation to the Recurring Issuer Program authorized by the Holders' Assembly held on November 4, 2022, the National Banking and Securities Commission granted the Issuing Trust, on September 6, 2024:

1) preventive registration in the National Securities Registry for long-term trust stock certificates (CEBURES)

2) preventive registration in the National Securities Registry for additional fiduciary stock certificates for investment in energy and infrastructure, identified with the ticker code “FEXI 21”

Complementary to the above, on September 11, 2024, the Mexican Stock Exchange granted the Issuing Trust a favorable opinion on the application submitted for the preventive listing of Stock Certificates under the Recurring Issuer Program.
