Investments focus on energy and infrastructure assets in Mexico.

  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - The gas pipeline between the states of Tabasco and Yucatán known as "Gasoducto Mayakán" (EXI Energía).
      - The water treatment plant known as "Agua Prieta" in the state of Jalisco (EXI Agua).
      - The aqueduct that supplies water to the metropolitan area of San Luis Potosí known as "El Realito" (EXI Agua).
      - The water supply and purification system in the state of Queretaro through the concessionaire Suministro de Agua de Querétaro, "SAQSA" (EXI Agua).
      - The hoghway Apaseo-Palmillas (EXI Autovías).
Outstanding events

December 1, 2024 Citi México Financial Group, in its capacity as trustee of trust contract 17529-1, issuer of the development trust stock certificates identified with the ticker code “EXICK14”, made the decision to exit its Consumer Banking businesses and Business Banking in Mexico, for which a new company was established (the “NewCo Citi México”) to which, among others, were transferred things, all of the shares of Banco Citi México

REMARKS

The 10-year term may be extended for additional periods of 1 year each. At the end of 2016, the issuer announced the option to acquire certificates series B-1 and B-2 (EXICK 16-1 and EXICK 16-2) for the holders of series A (EXICK 14). Series B (B-1 and B-2) is not subject to capital calls and cannot exceed the amount of 1,744,000,000 MXN. The option of acquisition of the B-1 series was suspended.
July/14/2022 The issuer announces cancellation of series B subseries B2 certificates, EXICK 16-2 ticker symbol.
December 1, 2024, Citigroup Inc. to divest from its Consumer and Corporate Banking businesses.
