DESCRIPTION OF INVESTMENTS
Investment period
The Investment Period will be 3 years from the Initial Issuance Date, the objective of MIP will be to invest the totality of the Trust's resources within a shorter period, as long as the opportunities fulfill the established investment criteria.

Investment objective
Investments must be in activities related to the planning, design, construction, development, operation and maintenance of energy and/or infrastructure projects, as well as investments that are related to such projects or in sectors such as: Communications and Transportation, Hydraulic, Social Sector, Renewable Energy and Non-Renewable Energy.
 
As of December 31, 2024 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • Agua Prieta: Sanitation for the city of Guadalajara and surrounding areas (Tlaquepaque, Tonalá and Zapopan). It consists of a CFE plant with a treatment capacity of 8.5 m3 ps.
      El Realito: Hydraulic axis of the state of San Luis Potosí, which allows water to be transported from El Realito Dam, Guanajuato to the metropolitan area of San Luis Potosí (water treatment plant and 132 km aqueduct).
      SAQSA: Aqueduct II of Querétaro, hydraulic axis; it allows to conduct water from the Moctezuma Extóraz and Santa María rivers, interconnecting to the city's Water System (water treatment plant and aqueduct of 108 km. 1.5 m3. ps.).
Outstanding events

June 17, 2024 06/17/2024 The station announces that the Sarre and Pápagos penitentiary centers, located in Guanajuato and Sonora respectively, active under the modality of Service Provision Contracts, obtained a bank loan through which the stock market debt they had was refinanced originally contracted.
Accumulated divestments

On August 2, 2021 the issuer carried out a divestment in Autovía Querétaro, S.A de C.V. (Palmillas - Apaseo El Grande).
On March 13, 2023 the issuer reports that it transmitted the investment it had with Pápagos and Sarre to “FSOCIAL. (Ceferesos 11 and 12).
