As of December 31, 2024 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - Minority acquisition in Neology Latam, a subsidiary company of Neology Inc, dedicated to the creation and commercialization of mobility technology globally.
      - Minority acquisition in a Jaguar Solar portfolio of 3 assets for a total of 216 peak MW located in the State of Chihuahua under the LIE regime with a long-term private contract (PPA).
Outstanding events

- On June 4, 2022 The issuer announces the end of the investment period
- On May 13, 2022 Minority share in a hydrocarbon extraction contract in the Hokchi field through AEI Hidrocarburos, S.A. of C.V
