As of September 30, 2024 it has invested in
  •   Other investments made and/or assets investments
    • - Minority acquisition in Neology Latam, a subsidiary company of Neology Inc, dedicated to the creation and commercialization of mobility technology globally.
      - Minority acquisition in a Jaguar Solar portfolio of 3 assets for a total of 216 peak MW located in the State of Chihuahua under the LIE regime with a long-term private contract (PPA).
Outstanding events

- On December 3, 2020 Signature of a binding contract with ENERMEX LOGÍSTICA Y TERMINALES, S.A. DE C.V. to develop the project "Construction and Commissioning of a terminal for storage and distribution of petroleum products located in Axapusco, Mexico (up to 45%). (03/12/2020)
