DESCRIPTION
The expansion of the Solidaridad - Las Torres Avenue include:
1) Extension of 4.3 Km. in the east end of Las Torres roadway.
2) Extension of 4.6 Km. in the west end of Las Torres roadway.
3) Construction of five overpasses.
4) Construction of five parallel bridges that cross the Lerma River.
5) Modernization of 15 km of the actual road section that covers the Torres Chicas Avenue – Airport Boulevard section.

On Jan. 28, 2011 the Fifth Amending Agreement was completed.
