DESCRIPTION

Construction, improvement, operation and maintenance of the Transport and Modal Interchange Terminal “Martín Carrera”.

First Stage: Construction of temporal areas for the ascent and descent of passengers in a safe way.
Second Stage: Construction of permanent Modal Transfer Areas that will allow the refurbish of street bus stops.
Third Stage: Construction of a commercial development that will start only after public works delivery. The development consists of the construction of a commercial development and a hotel, as well as apartments.

The Transport and Modal Interchange Terminal “Martín Carrera” is located within Gustavo A. Madero. In between San Juan de Aragon and Ferrocarril de Hidalgo.

REMARKS

The first stage and part of the second were completed. On Nov. 1, 2023 the definitive Modal Transfer Area was inaugurated.

The Transport and Modal Interchange Terminal “Martín Carrera” is a sustainable project, since mitigation measures for environmental impact are considered within the design, such as hydrosanitary reinforcement, installation of water treatment plants and collection of rainwater systems, among others.

In accordance with the Law of the Patrimonial Regime and the Public Service of Mexico City, during the last year of concession the contracts are subject to renewal after an analysis of the project results.
