DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL TITLE (June 23, 2016). High-Specification Highway Type A2, "Tepic-Puerto Vallarta, in the Las Varas-Puerto Vallarta Section," starting at km 683+434.282 and ending at the connection with the airport at km 763+031.024, with a total main route length of 80.28 km, located in the states of Nayarit and Jalisco.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Sep. 15, 2022). The contract duration is extended to 60 years.

The Project includes the design, construction, operation, maintenance, conservation and exploitation of the highway section from Las Varas to Puerto Vallarta. In addition to connecting to the airport, the Project will reduce travel times, fuel costs and the corresponding reduction in environmental impact due to vehicle use.

REMARKS

This project has Fonadin participation through the following:
-Financial Support Agreement of October 30, 2017 for 1,400 million pesos as a subsidy. On June 5, 2023, the entire Subsidy was provided.
-Subordinated Credit Agreement with FONADIN signed in March 2020 for 1,427 million pesos. On January 17, 2023, the Concessionaire prepaid the amount of 1,887 million pesos, corresponding to the amount owed for full payment of the principal, interest, and VAT of said interest, in terms of the Subordinated Credit contract.
