DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the design, construction, equipment, installation, operation and maintenance of “Ticul 1" photovoltaic power plant with a total production capacity of 300 MW in the state of Yucatan. The plant has the following features:

Vega Solar 1, was assigned the following contract through CENACE's 2015 long-term power auction:

Contract number: SLP2015010319-01 related to:
- Energy for 493,303 MWHr/Year during 15 years and issue Renewable Energy Certificates (CEL) for 483,515 CEL/Year during 20 years, with an offered price of MXN$487,075,849
Contract number: SLP2015010319-02 related to:
- Energy for 246,832 MWHr/Year during 15 years and issue Renewable Energy Certificates (CEL) for 241,935 CEL/Year during 20 years, with an offered price of MXN$249,047,032
