DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the design, construction, equipment, installation, operation and maintenance of “San Miguel de Allende 5” photovoltaic power plant with a total production capacity of 30 MW in the state of Guanajuato. The plant has the following features:

Export Area: “Occidental”
Export Subarea: “Occidental-Querétaro/San Luis Potosí”
Price Area: Queretaro
Interconnection Zone: SANTA FE STF-115

Green Hub, was assigned the following contracts through CENACE's 2016 long-term power auction:

Contract number: SLP2016010255-01 related to:
- Power for 10 MW/Year during 15 years, energy for 72,919 MWHr/Year during 15 years and Renewable Energy Certificates (CEL) for 72,919 CEL/Year during 20 years, with an offered price of MXN$47,107,034

Through the resolution RES/1057/2020, the power generation permit was transferred to Green Hub, S. de R. L. de C. V.
