DESCRIPTION
Concession to operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 89.54 km long Tijuana-Ensenada toll highway, with 4 lanes, in the state of Baja California. This toll highway is included in the National Infrastructure Fund (FONADIN) concession.

The purpose of the project is the operation, maintenance, conservation and exploitation of the Tijuana-Ensenada Highway, in the state of Baja California, in order to improve circulation conditions and make commercial, tourist and industrial services more efficient due to greater fluidity and safety. Includes environmental management plans for the protection of biodiversity and the prevention of pollution.
