DESCRIPTION

Concession to operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the 61.54 km long Mexico Cuernavaca toll highway, with 6 lanes, in the states of Morelos and Mexico City. This toll highway is included in the National Infrastructure Fund (FONADIN) concession.

SECOND MODIFICATION AND FIFTH ADDENDUM (Aug. 7, 2014). Concession to build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain a 5.3 km long elevated highway of the Mexico - Cuernavaca toll highway. The term of the concession is extended to Apr. 2, 2047.
THIRD MODIFICATION AND SIXTH ADDENDUM (Dec. 29, 2015). Concession to build, operate, conserve and exploit the necessary junctions, access ramps and the El Caminero - Tlalpan tollbooth exit.
