DESCRIPTION
Concession to construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the 24 km long Villahermosa bypass, with 4 lanes, in the state of Tabasco. The 7 km long second stage of the Villahermosa bypass was included. This bypass is included in the National Infrastructure Fund (FONADIN) concession.

FIRST ADDENDUM (July 06, 2012). Includes the 24.000 km highway under construction Villahermosa Beltway, located from km 0+000 to km 24+000 of Entronque Loma de Caballo, on federal highway MEX-180.

FOURTH MODIFICATION AND SEVENTH ADDENDUM (Dec. 15, 2016). Second stage of the Villahermosa bypass was included.
