DESCRIPTION
Concession to operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the 66.048 km long Lagos de Moreno-San Luis Potosi toll highway, with 2 lanes, in the States of Jalisco and San Luis Potosi. This toll highway is included in the National Infrastructure Fund (FONADIN) concession.

FIRST ADDENDUM (07/06/2012). Include the 66.048 km long sub-section type A2, located from the 12+000 km to the 78+048 km of the Lagos de Moreno-San Luis Potosi toll highway in Jalisco and San Luis Potosi. The concession includes the right-of-way.
