DESCRIPTION
Operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 95.6 km long Acatzingo-Ciudad Mendoza toll highway, with 4 lanes in the state of Veracruz. This toll highway is included in the National Infrastructure Fund (FONADIN) concession.

The highway includes the following sections:
- Acatzingo-Esperanza 51.1 km (166+400 - 217+500)
- Esperanza-Ciudad Mendoza, side "A" 34.5 km (217+500 - 252+000), side "B" 44.5 km (217+500 - 262+000)
