DESCRIPTION

AGREEMENT (11/14/1997). The buildings that are part of the general rail communication line Coahuila - Durango and Tijuana - Tecate, as well as the buildings and facilities required for the provision of auxiliary services, are destined for the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.
The general railway communication line Coahuila - Durango has a total length of 973.87 km and is located in the States of Coahuila and Durango, penetrating the State of Chihuahua to join the general Pacific - North railroad communication line in Escalón, and touching the stations of Sombrerete, Frío and Felipe Pescador in the State of Zacatecas.
ORIGINAL TITLE (02/11/1998). The company Línea Coahuila-Durango, S.A. of C.V. received the concession for the general railway communication line corresponding to the Coahuila - Durango short route, for its operation and exploitation. The general railway communication line includes the railway, right of way, traffic control centers and the signals for the railway operation.

This concession will be in force for thirty years, starting on the date of completion of the delivery-reception due diligence of the railroad rack and the assets, or as of February 12, 1998, whichever occurs first.

FIRST AMENDMENT (08/04/2004). The railway station located in the city of Durango is excluded from the concession.

SECOND AMENDMENT (01/08/2016). The land where the old cargo railway terminal is located is excluded and a new one is incorporated with the tracks and complementary facilities for its operation.
