DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL TITLE (02/12/1996). It is concessioned to the company Terminal Ferroviaria del Valle de México, S.A. of C.V. which corresponds to the trunk road of the Valley of Mexico, the general railway communication route, for the provision of public cargo transportation service. The general railway communication route includes the railway track, the right of way, the traffic control centers and the signals for railway operation. Additionally, the Concessionaire will be responsible for traffic control on the Huehuetoca-Buenavista section.

The concession will be in force for fifty years, counted from the date of completion of the delivery-reception procedure of the Railway and the Goods, or from January 31, 1998, whichever occurs first.

FIRST MODIFICATION (01/26/2004). The YB railway lines are excluded, from km YB-5+702.98 to YB 8+995.00, and YG from km YG-0+000 to YG-0+948, as well as property on the right of way of line B, located in the Azcapotzalco delegation.

SECOND MODIFICATION (05/15/2006). The route of the railway called "B" is modified in the "Cuautitlán-Buenavista" section

THIRD MODIFICATION (02/10/2023). The section from km C-6+455 to km C-9+000 of the "C" railway line that goes from the Granada neighborhood to the "Hacienda de Los Morales" is excluded.

FOURTH MODIFICATION (11/27/2024). Relocation and reconfiguration of the "H" Lechería-Jaltocán railway lines; "HO" Lechería- Jaltocán and "SH" Jaltocán (double track)- Teotihuacan.
