AGREEMENT (06/29/1998). The assets that are part of the Southeast general railroad communication line, the buildings and the facilities required for the provision of auxiliary services such as cargo terminals, maintenance workshops and supply centers, are destined to the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.
The Southeast general railroad communication line has a total length of 1,479.06 km including the route called Vía Corta Sur with 376.94 km.

The assets that are part of the general railway communication line called Vía Corta Oaxaca, and the buildings and facilities required for the provision of auxiliary services, such as freight terminals, maintenance workshops and supply centers are destined to the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.
The general railway communication line called Vía Corta Oaxaca has a total length of 218.5 km, and communicates the states of Oaxaca and Puebla.
ORIGINAL TITLE (14/10/2005). The concession of the general railway line that corresponds to the Oaxaca and South Short routes, as well as their operation and exploitation was awarded to the company Ferrosur, S.A. of C.V. the . The general railway line includes the railways, right of way, traffic control centers and the signals for the railway operation.

This concession will be in force for thirty years, starting on the date of completion of the delivery-reception due diligence of the short routes and the assets, or as of December 1st 2005, whichever occurs first.

FIRST AMENDMENT (11/29/2012). The Vía Corta Oaxaca formed by the rail line "E" Sánchez-Oaxaca, from km E-150 + 000 to km E-367 + 000, is excluded from the concession , as well as the attached works and improvements made by the concessionaire. These assets are reversed in favor of the Federal Government, without limitation of ownership and/or lien.
