DESCRIPTION

AGREEMENT (10/09/1996). The buildings that are part of the general rail communication line Chihuahua - Pacifico, as well as the buildings and facilities required for the provision of auxiliary services are destined to the service of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.

The general railway communication line Chihuahua - Pacifico has a total length of 1,512.4 km, out of which 941.3 km are part of the "Q" Ojinaga-Topolobampo line in the states of Chihuahua and Sinaloa, and the remaining 571.1 km correspond to line "QA" La Junta-Ciudad Juárez, in the state of Chihuahua, and include the assets that are part of the railways and their respective rights of way, as well as the buildings and facilities required for the provision of auxiliary services, such as: passenger and freight terminals, maintenance workshops and supply centers.
ORIGINAL TITLE (22/06/1997). The company Ferrocarril Pacífico - Norte, S.A. of C.V. received the concession for the general railway communication line, which corresponds to the short route Ojinaga-Topolobampo, and the provision of freight and passenger service.

The general railway communication line includes the railway, right-of-way, traffic control centers and the signals for the railway operation. The concession will be in force for fifty years, starting on the date of completion of the delivery - reception due diligence of the railroad track and the assets, or as of February 14th, 1998, whichever occurs first.
