DESCRIPTION

Construction, installation, operation and maintenance of a combined cycle power plant with a net capacity of 788 MW, in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

The plant includes:
- 4 gas turbines.
- 1 steam turbine.
- 4 heat recovery system.
- 1 dry cooling system is considered with wind turbine.
