DESCRIPTION

Construction, installation, operation and maintenance of a combined cycle power plant with a net capacity of 777 MW, in the northwest of the state of Sinaloa.

The plant includes:
- 4 to 6 gas turbines.
- 1 steam turbine.
- 4 to 6 heat recovery units.
- 1 dry type cooling system with wind turbines.
