DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Apr. 25, 2014). Concession for the construction, operation, exploitation, conservation and maintenance of the 74 km long Atizapan-Atlacomulco toll highway, in the State of Mexico. The concession includes the right-of-way, works, constructions and other goods and accessories. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Jan. 26, 2022). The validity of the concession is extended for another 10 years and there is a financial rebalancing.
