DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Oct. 20, 1987). Concession for the construction, operation, maintenance, conservation and exploitation of the 64 km long Atlacomulco-Maravatio toll highway connecting the cities of Atlacomulco, San Juanico, Pomoca and Maravatio. The concession of the toll highway includes two roads with two lanes each. The term of the concession is 30 years.

FIRST MODIFICATION (Aug. 08, 2000). Construction of the 18 km long Pomoca-Contepec toll-free highway section.

SECOND MODIFICATION (Oct. 18, 2017). To ensure security and service improvements, the term of the concession received a 25 year extension with the possibility of an additional extension of 5 years, within the legal limit. This extension includes the financial burden (without exploitation rights) of the construction of a 6.5 km long Ixtlahuaca bypass and an estimated investiment of 1.6 billion pesos.
