DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 11, 2009). Concession to construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the 22 km long south Culiacan bypass, the 38 km long Mazatlan bypass and the 181.5 km long Mazatlan-Culiacan toll highway. The concession includes the right-of-way, works, constructions and other goods and accessories.
