DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 30, 2011). (i) Construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit for 30 years the 111 km long south Guadalajara bypass (Macrolibramiento de Guadalajara), the Tepic bypass and, (ii) construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit for 30 years the 168.6 km long Guadalajara-Tepic toll highway. The concession includes the right-of-way, works, constructions and other goods and accessories. The validity of the concession may be extended.
FIRST MODIFICATION (June 8, 2020). The validity of the concession will be for a period of 60 years, counted from 11/30/2011, the current toll is increased.

The project seeks the construction of the southern bypasses of Guadalajara and Tepic, as well as the operation, conservation and maintenance of the Guadalajara - Tepic Highway, which seeks to facilitate the traffic of heavy vehicles outside the urban sprawl and lighten vehicular traffic, reducing air pollution and noise and positively impacting the health of its inhabitants.
