DESCRIPTION
ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Sept. 28, 1993). Concession to construct, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the Mexican section of the Cordova - De las Americas International bridge, connecting Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico and El Paso, Texas, United States of America. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov. 16, 1994). The mention to the "Vías Generales de Comunicación" Law was deleted. At the end of the concession the assets will be return to the Nation, with all the works built and acquired.
