DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 15, 2004). Concession to construct, operate, operate, maintain, conserve and exploit the 41 km long Mexicali bypass, originated in the 46+054 km of the San Luis Rio Colorado-Mexicali highway and ending at the 18+073 km of the Mexicali-Tijuana federal highway, in Baja California. The concession includes the right-of-way, its auxiliary services, accessories, works and constructions.

FIRST MODIFICATION (Aug. 23, 2023). Its validity is extended for an additional 30 years. A construction burden and a financial burden are imposed.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Mar. 25, 2024). Annexes 18 and 19 are modified.
