DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Sept 08, 1991). Concession for the construction, operation, conservation and exploitation of the Piedras Negras II international bridge, connecting Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico and Eagle Pass, Texas, United States of America. The concession includes the expansion to 4 lanes of the 26 km long Nava-Piedras Negras highway section. The term of the concession is 20 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov 30, 2006). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
