DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL TITLE (Dec. 14, 1992). Construction, operation and maintenance of the 250 m long San Miguel Bridge expansion, located over the Fuerte River of the Mexico-Nogales Highway, on the Los Mochis-Estacion Don section of the highway, between the 16+384 km and the 16+644 km. The term of the concession is 17 years six months.
FIRST MODIFICATION (June 30, 2003). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Dec. 17, 2004). The obligation to establish and maintain a security at updated value is eliminated.
