DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Oct. 27, 1988). Concession to build, exploit, operate, conserve and maintain the 4-lane Delicias-Camargo toll highway, located from the 70+000 km to the 137+000 km, of the Jiménez-Chihuahua highway. The concession includes the construction of a second highway from Delicias to Conchos Station, parallel to the existing one, rehabilitating the old highway, in order to make both highways uniform and a dual highway from Conchos Station to Camargo, including bridges and accessories. The term of the concession is 20 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Aug. 17, 1994). The term of the concession is extended to 25 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Aug. 29, 2008). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
THIRD MODIFICATION (June 14, 2013). Extension for an additional term of up to 30 years expiring in Oct. 27, 2048.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (Apr. 20, 2016). Cancel the original concession. Operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Highway: Delicias-Camargo 4-lane highway section located at kilometers 70+000 and 137+000 Jimenez-Chihuahua section. Also, second body of highway from Delicias to Conchos Station and two bodies from Conchos Station to the City of Camargo; including the use and exploitation of the right of way, onerous and free of charge, its auxiliary services and the set of activities.
