DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (03/26/1993). Rehabilitation, construction, exploitation and conservation of the 15.6 km long Peñon-Texcoco toll highway. The term of the concession is 20 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (11/28/2003). Extension of the term of the concession to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (06/30/2011). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 26 km long Atlacomulco-Piedras Negras toll highway, in the State of Mexico.
THIRD MODIFICATION (09/28/2012). Increase in the toll fees of the highway to restore its viability.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (06/17/2013). Extension for an additional term of up to 30 years.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (01/20/2015). Construction of a third lane of the highway in both directions. Construction of free toll roads necessary for the interconnection with the New Mexico City International Airport (NAICM) within the existing right-of-way of the concession.
