DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Mar. 13, 1992). Construct, conserve and exploit 32.7 kilometers from the 36+600 km to the 69+300 km of the Providencia-Fresnillo bypass, in Zacatecas. The concession includes the 4-lane extension of the Libertad-Fresnillo toll-free road. The term of the concession is 14 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Oct. 11, 1994). Extension to 4 lanes of the 13.4 km long Enrique Estrada-Providencia toll-free road, which will be operated by the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) once it is built. Additional works are included to continue the 4 lanes between Calera and Enrique Estrada bypasses. The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (May 6, 2024) carry out priority works for the State of Zacatecas and complementary works to the concessioned roads and extend the term of validity of THE CONCESSION until March 12, 2052.
