DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Mar. 18, 2003). Concession to operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Centinela-Rumorosa section, with four traffic lanes, two in each direction. It includes from the 18+043 km to the 63+439 km and from the 18+043 km to the 67+240 km, of the Mexicali-Tijuana highway. The concession includes the right-of- way, works, constructions and other goods and accessories. The term of the concession is 20 years.
