DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (July 30, 1996). construct, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Mexican section of the Nuevo Laredo III International Bridge of 297.5 meters long and 36.6 meters wide, with eight traffic lanes, connecting the towns of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Laredo, United States of America. The concessionaire has the obligation to build 4 traffic lanes from the international bridge, 0+000 km, to El Canelo Junction, 5+640 km, with the Nuevo Laredo- Piedras Negras highway, as well as customs and immigration fcilities. Ancillary services are included. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov. 30, 2006). It is established that the SCT reserves the right to redeem or terminate the concession in advance once the financial obligations have been settled. Likewise, the concessionaire must comply with all provisions regarding conservation, operation, provision of services and control of people and goods. Finally, the Financial Program is replaced.
