DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Mar. 14, 2008). Construct, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Mexican section of the Río Bravo-Donna international bridge of 167.40 meters long and 33.66 meters wide, and the access road. The concession includes the right-of-way, works, constructions and other goods and accessories that integrate the road. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov. 30, 2009). It is stipulated that the Concessionaire can not assign, mortgage, encumber or alienate the rights and obligations arising from the concession, or the goods affected to it, without prior authorization from the SCT, except for collection rights, which may affect the trust.
SECOND MODIFICATION (July 10, 2015). Authorization of an extension of up to 30 additional years to the initial term, and extraordinary increases in rates.
