DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (04/20/1998). construct, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Nogales bypass, with a length of 12.14 km, which starts at the north of the Nogales International Airport, on the Mexico-Nogales highway and ends at the border station "La Mariposa". The concession includes right-of-way (charged to the concessionaire), the works, constructions and other goods and accessories integrating the road. The concessionaire has the obligation to build the Nogales III customs facilities, since the bypass works as a fiscal corridor of such customs. The term of the concession is 25 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (11/29/2006). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
