DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 12, 1990). construct, exploit and conserve the Mexican section of the Lucio Blanco-Los Indios International Bridge that connects the towns of Valle Hermoso, Matamoros and Rio Bravo in Tamaulipas with the town of Los Indios, in Texas. The Mexican section has a length of 76.68 meters and 4 traffic lines. The private developer has the obligation to provide customs and immigration facilities. The term of the concession is 18 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov. 11, 1994). The assets assigned to the concession and exploitation of the road are granted for their administration to the Federal Roads and Bridges Agency for Income and Related Services.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Nov. 30, 2006). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
THIRD MODIFICATION (Nov. 30, 2009). The concessionaire is authorized to collect the rates established for the use of the Mexican part of the Bridge.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (July 10, 2015). The validity of the contract is extended 30 years, that is, until November 12, 2050. Increases in rates are authorized.
