DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL TITLE (02/14/2008). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain:

- The Perote-Banderilla highway, type A2, 29.2 km long, originating in Cruz Blanca at km 111+581 and ending in Piedra de Agua at km 141+768:
Section I: km 111+581.24 to km 126+680 from Cruz Blanca to Potrero de García.
Section II: km 126+680 to km 140+768.73, from Potrero de García to Piedra de Agua

- The Xalapa Bypass, type A2, 30.6 km long, originating in Piedra de Agua at km 48+500 and ending in Corral Falso at km 78.965.54:
Section III: km. 48+500 to km. 68+000, starting in Piedra de Agua.
Section IV: km. 68+000 to km. 78+965.54, ending in Corral Falso.

The right of way and its auxiliary services are included. The concession is valid for 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (06/14/2011). Both sections change from A2 to A4. The concession is valid for 15 more years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (02/15/2012). The condition regarding additional works, improvements and extensions is modified.
