DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (01/20/2009). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain La Piedad Bypass of 21.39 km long and 4 traffic lanes, from the 75+796.93 km to the 697+185.96 km, in the intersection with the federal highway 110. The concession includes additional rehabilitation works: 1. Rehabilitation of 38.8 km of the federal toll free highway 110, 38.8 km long; 2. Alternative road works of La Piedad Bypass between the 2+320 km to 9+ 640 km of the La Piedad-Guadalajara federal highway, including the extension to 4 traffic along 3 Km. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (09/27/2013). The term of the concession was extended 15 years.
