Based on a market study conducted by the Administration of the National Port System (ASIPONA) of Puerto Vallarta to identify business lines suitable for development within the port facility (compatible with the concession title's purpose), the viability of developing a botanical garden focused on the cultivation of different types of agave, their distillation process, and the production of Tequila was determined. The project also includes a museum, commercial spaces for selling handicrafts, and a center for artistic expressions, with the goal of offering a cultural and tourist experience for both cruise visitors and the local community.
