Based on a market study conducted by the Administration of the National Port System (ASIPONA) of Puerto Vallarta to identify business lines suitable for development within the port facility (compatible with the concession title's purpose), the viability of developing a gastronomic project was determined to meet the needs of visitors, both foreign, national, and local.

The project consists of designing, constructing, equipping, operating, and maintaining five restaurants offering Mexican cuisine. The land area is 11,301 square meters, located within the port facility with a water frontage (south revetment at the entrance to the port facility). Taking advantage of the presence of a sand area, it is proposed to offer a beach club service with lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and a swimming pool, where food and drinks can be consumed.
