DESCRIPTION

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for bidding the feasibility studies and advice related to the technical, legal, environmental and financial implementation are currently under review by CONAGUA.

Based on the TOR, the project consists of the construction of a Potable Water Plant through desalination of seawater in Playas de Rosarito, with a capacity of 2,200 l/s. With the desalination plant, the needs of the lack of water for Playas de Rosarito and the southwest area of ​​Tijuana will be supplemented, benefiting 760,000 inhabitants.
