DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the construction of a Potable Water Plant through desalination of seawater in Playas de Rosarito, with a capacity of 2,200 l/s. With the desalination plant, the needs of the lack of water for Playas de Rosarito and the southwest area of ​​Tijuana will be supplemented, benefiting 994,000 inhabitants.
