DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (05/12/1990). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the federal jurisdiction 250 km long Kantunil-Cancun toll highway along the Merida-Cancun toll highway.
FIRST MODIFICATION (11/16/1994) Adjustment to the financial program and extension of the term of the concession to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (28/07/2011). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Cedral-Tintal section with a length of 10 km and Tintal-Playa del Carmen section, including Cedral and Tintal junctions, with a length of 44 km, which are branches of the Kantunil-Cancun toll highway section.
