The project consists of the operation, maintenance, conservation and exploitation of the "Colombia" International Bridge in the Mexican part that connects the Colombia-Nuevo León region, between the municipality of Anáhuac, Nuevo León, Mexico and Webb County, Texas, USA; with a total length of 370.48 m, corresponding to the Mexican part of 159.93 m, as well as the construction, operation, conservation and maintenance of additional works.

Additionally, starting in year 15 of the concession, annual investments will be made for the rehabilitation of pavements in the access lanes and rehabilitation of pavements of the Border Port and for the conservation, maintenance and rehabilitation of the La Gloria-Colombia highway section, type A2 with a length of 103 kilometers, 12 meters wide and a boundary of 2.5 meters, carrying out said annual conservation in sections of 6.87 kilometers.
