The project consists of the execution of the following works:
- 4 substations with voltage of 115 kV and 400 kV, with a total transformation capacity of 300 MVA: Las Mesas Bco. 1, Axtla Extension, Huejutla II Extension, Huasteca Extension;
- 2 transmission lines with voltage of 115 kV and a total length of 54.7 km-Line and 63.3 km-Circuit: LT Las Mesas - Huejutla II, LT Las Mesas Entq. Axtla - Tamazunchale;
- 6 feeders.

The works include the following concepts within their scope: supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of engineering associated with electromechanical and civil design concepts, execution of electromechanical and civil works, performance of pre-operational tests, as well as the preparation, analysis and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, census of underground facilities and apparent electrical resistivity of the terrain) and the delivery of training and coaching programs.
